Dr. Rukenya holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Veterinary Medicine and a Master of Science in Natural Products and Bioprospecting from University of Nairobi. He also holds an International Diploma in Animal Feeds and Nutrition from Aeres University of Applied Sciences (Netherlands). In addition, he earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Strategic Management and a Doctor of Business Administration (DBA) in Entrepreneurship and Strategic Management from Zetech University.

His expertise combines scientific knowledge, entrepreneurship, and strategic management, enabling him to provide leadership in livestock health systems, feed manufacturing, agribusiness development, and sustainable agricultural transformation.
